Online activities:
There are several programs on Monday and Wednesday evenings, such as "Let's Talk", “Tips to help VIPs in daily life”, “Theme interactions with VIPs”, “Chicken Soup for the Soul”, “Hymns and Hymns”, “Sharing on use of mobile phone”, and Bible studies on Friday mornings and Sunday service broadcasts, as well as other informative lectures for senior VIPs.
In-person activities
include: regular monthly meetings, dim sum gatherings, holiday events, such as Christmas parties, Easter and New Year gatherings, as well as summer outdoor activities.

有星期一晚上清淡時段《任傾任講》、星期三晚上節目有協助VIP 日常生活的小貼士、支援VIP的主題互動、心靈雞湯、詩歌頌讚、手機使用篇、也有屬靈餵養方面. 在星期五早上的查經及 星期日主日崇拜轉播，也有適合長者VIP其他資訊性的講座
